    • Members and prospective members of our Classic, Ultimate and Alloy Wheel Scrapes or Scuffs Membership Programs;
    • Individuals who request or receive repair quotes or repair services (including under family benefits arrangements);
    • Individuals whose information is entered into the Pristeen Auto Sales Portal by an Authorised Person, Associated Retailer or Authorised Licensed Dealer;
    • Visitors to our website and users of our member portal or member service channels; and

    • Membership Program type (Classic, Ultimate or Alloy Wheel Scrapes or Scuffs), start date, end date, term and Membership Program Schedule details;
    • Eligibility assessment results and inspection records;
    • Photographs of the nominated vehicle (including damage, repairs and condition assessments).

    • Membership fees, establishment fees, repair fees and administration fees paid or payable;
    • Payment method details (credit or debit card information is typically processed by our payment service providers and not stored in full by us);
    • Invoices, receipts, order confirmations and payment history.

    • Records of telephone calls (which may be monitored or recorded for training, verification and quality assurance purposes);
    • Emails, messages and other correspondence;
    • Repair requests, repair quotes, Repair Agreements and workmanship warranty claims;

    2. Through Authorised Persons and dealers — when an Authorised Person, Associated Retailer or Authorised Licensed Dealer collects and enters your information into the Pristeen Auto Sales Portal for the purpose of applying for or administering a Membership Program.
    3. From third parties — such as payment processors, approved inspectors conducting eligibility assessments, or other service providers assisting with membership administration or repairs.
    4. Automatically — when you visit our website, use our technologies such as the member portal or otherwise interact with our online services (via cookies, server logs and similar technologies).
    5. From publicly available sources — such as public registers, directories or websites, where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
    6. From legal and regulatory bodies — including regulators, law enforcement agencies and courts, where they lawfully provide us with personal information.
    7. From other parties — such as third parties you have authorised to provide your information to us, emergency services personnel where necessary to protect health or safety, and any other person as permitted or required by law.

    • To receive and assess repair requests, issue repair quotes, form Repair Agreements and perform minor cosmetic repairs and related services;
    • To arrange technician attendance, confirm suitable work spaces and coverage area availability;
    • To provide workmanship warranty support and handle warranty claims;
    • To offer family benefits quotations where applicable;
    • To communicate with you about your membership, repairs, renewals, changes to Terms or this Policy, and other service-related matters;
    • To operate, maintain and improve our website, member portal, sales portal and service channels;
    • To monitor and record telephone calls for training, verification and quality assurance;
    • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;

    • Associated Retailers, Authorised Licensed Dealers and Authorised Persons — for the purpose of marketing, selling, administering or supporting Membership Programs;
    • Approved inspectors — to conduct eligibility assessments;
    • Service providers and contractors — including payment processors, IT and cloud hosting providers, call centre or member support providers, and mobile repair technicians, who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
    • Professional advisers — such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, where reasonably necessary;
    • Regulators, law enforcement or courts — where required or authorised by law; and
    • Any other person — with your consent or as otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act.

Some of our service providers (for example, cloud hosting or payment processors) may store or process personal information outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles the information in a manner consistent with the APPs, or we rely on an available exception under the Privacy Act.

Your personal information may be accessed from, or transferred to, locations outside Australia in the following circumstances: where our service providers (such as IT, cloud hosting or payment processing providers) are located overseas; where we work with overseas business partners, Associated Retailers or Authorised Licensed Dealers; or where we use cloud-based services or data storage solutions that store or process information on servers located outside Australia.

By providing personal information to us, you consent to any such overseas disclosure subject to the safeguards described above.
